Booking Deposits & Tribute
 

All appointments are confirmed in advance and may require a non-refundable reservation deposit. The amount of the deposit will be provided when your booking is approved.
 

For appointments in a location where Miss Lana is already available, the remaining agreed tribute may be presented upon arrival and must be received before the experience begins.
 
Travel Bookings
 

If travel is required specifically for your booking, all travel-related expenses must be paid in advance before any arrangements are made. This may include airfare, ground transportation, accommodation, venue costs and other reasonable expenses associated with the booking.
 

Travel expenses are separate from the session tribute and are non-refundable once arrangements have been purchased or committed to.
 

A reservation deposit may also be required to secure the appointment. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining session tribute may be presented upon arrival before the experience begins.
 

For significant travel bookings, additional advance payment or a minimum booking requirement may be required. All costs and payment requirements will be clearly agreed upon before travel is arranged.
 
Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

Reservation deposits are non-refundable because your appointment reserves time specifically for you.
 

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. With sufficient notice, a reservation deposit may be transferred once to a new available date. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
 

For travel bookings, expenses already incurred or committed to on the client’s behalf are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. If travel arrangements can be refunded or credited by the provider, any recoverable amount can be addressed on an individual basis.
 

Personal Hygiene & Preparation
 

Clients are expected to arrive freshly showered, well-groomed, and wearing clean clothing. Appropriate personal hygiene is required for all in-person experiences.

Any additional preparation specific to your chosen experience will be provided before your appointment. Please follow those instructions carefully. Failure to meet reasonable hygiene or preparation requirements may result in the session being modified or cancelled.
